  • source property that most closely meets the clients brief

  • locate property that is most likely to achieve strong capital growth
  • look for property located in designated growth areas close to amenities/ infrastructure which will attract quality tenants
  • negotiate the lowest possible price, best terms and conditions

My Property Hunter will source and gather details on properties most closely meeting your requirements and needs. This can include:

  • sales history and values of similar properties
  • medium price, growth history and rental assessment
  • review price and property features
  • review Council zoning and planning
  • providing a photographic portfolio
  • property inspections and consultation with sellers including Real Estate agents
  • examine local infrastructure

Our services extend to Project Management for clients from overseeing renovations through to managing development and stratum projects.

My Property Hunter has developed an extensive network of professional service providers including solicitors and mortgage brokers. On behalf of the client we can also arrange for all associated building services including building assessment reports, pest inspections and verified valuations*.
