Communication and Maintaining the Property

My Property Hunter schedules regular property and maintenance inspections. Required work is pre-authorised by the owner and is undertaken by suitably qualified trade's people. All work is closely monitored by our property managers to ensure it is completed on time and to the highest standard.

Owners are provided with regular communication and comprehensive monthly financial reports related to all property management matters.


Our trained and experienced property managers will assist you to find a property matching your needs and requirements. After a personal inspection of a property, in order to apply, an application must be completed to be considered.

When completing the application we require the following pieces of identification;

  • Photo ID (including your license or passport)
  • Personal and professional references.
