Assess and Secure Service – this is a money saving option for buyers who have selected a property and have the time and knowledge to undertake their own research and inspections. My Property Hunter will assist you to assess and secure the property that you have found.
My Property Hunter will assess property features, location aspects, market value, rental assessment, how to add value, and if appropriate, assist in devising negotiation tactics, conduct negotiations or bid at auction.
This would entail a familiarisation of the property, an evaluation of price, market research and adopting the most effective bidding method to secure the property for the lowest possible price.
Engagement fee starts at $550*
The minimum base fee is $2000* (payable only on completion of purchase)
