Auction Representation – The client identifies a property to purchase. You are all ready to buy and require a skilled and experienced representative.

For pre-auction inspection, auction attendance, bidding and post auction negotiation we charge $440*. If successful, there will be an additional fee of $550*.

A 'Letter of Authority' will be required for My Property Hunter to bid on your behalf. An extra fee for travel may be charged for properties outside the Hobart / Launceston area.

If the property passes in and you want us to further negotiate on your behalf after auction, our fees for 'Secure and Negotiate' on a single property will apply.
