The Full Deal – this is where My Property Hunter will do it all for you.
My Property Hunter will compile a detailed brief of your exact criteria, including location, price range, construction and orientation. My Property Hunter will source all potential properties through various media and research (both advertised and not advertised) including liaising with estate agents and private sellers to seek the property most closely meeting your criteria.
My Property Hunter will then prepare a short list of suitable properties for your consideration. This can be done via distance communication or a meeting at a mutually agreeable time.
Once you have decided on a particular property we then progress to the negotiation stage and act on your behalf to secure the property at the best possible price and settlement conditions. We suggest you seek professional advice when reviewing contents of a contract.
We charge a set fee based on the property's purchase price .This would include representation at auction or the negotiation of a private sale. The fee is payable on success only.
Engagement fee starts at $550.
The minimum base fee is $3000 (payable only on completion of purchase)
